Can it really read my handwriting?
It works with most handwriting. It copies your words exactly, marks anything it can't read, and you review every page before it's saved.
Does the AI make things up?
No. Answers come only from your approved entries and link to each one. When there isn't enough to go on, it tells you.
Who can see my entries?
Only you. Your journal is never sold, shared or used to train AI models.
Can I take my journal with me?
Yes, and it's yours either way. A one-click export of everything is coming soon. If you want to leave, we'll delete your account and everything in it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Write, photograph pages and ask questions from your phone or your computer.
Can I keep some entries away from the AI?
Not yet. A switch that keeps any entry out of Ask is coming soon. Until then, the AI reads your entries only to search and answer for you, and never trains on them.
What happens to my journal if I stop paying?
Nothing is lost. You move to the Free plan and can still read and write every entry.
